Today, four people got together and participated in a visioning session for the Vancouver Gaming Guild, helping to redefine our mission, vision and plans for action.

Those four were myself (VGG President, AI Facilitator), Adrian Estergaard (Vice-President, Founding Member), Jason Woodall (Treasurer), and Thomas Robson (Gamer, with only brief interaction with the VGG).

We used Appreciative Inquiry, a facilitation method built upon telling stories, building on strengths and positive visioning.

Our report is here. We propose a new Mission Statement and Vision Statement, which is pretty exciting!

An excellent session and well run. VGG has huge potential (everyone knows that!) and it was cool to see it come into focus through Appreciative Inquiry.

Great job getting that up and ready Joe...

If any and all members of the VGG community could take a few minutes to read over this report and respond with any questions or comments, it would be very much appreciated.

Excellent stuff Smiley

Now to “pave the way”, gather volunteers and work on the delivery... good work folks, I am here to help Smiley
We should take advantage of the "chat" incorporated into the boards and have weekly chats.

Was just curious if anyone had taken the time to read through the Societies Act of BC? I'm not saying anyone's breaking it, just curious is all..
